  • I waited until our entire experience with Rancho Serene was over before leaving a review. At first, we were happy with this apartment community, but I do not think I would recommend living there. The management was nice, however they did not resolve the issues with our apartment.. bugs, cabinets falling apart, fireplace never fixed. After moving out, we received a bill from a collection agency, but Rancho Serene never even sent us a statement that we owed them anything (I imagine from whatever repairs that were left in the apartment that we asked to be fixed several times but never were, and now they are conveniently charging us for them). Not one bill, email, phone call, nothing. We would have paid it before ruining our credit. Thanks a lot.. that's pretty crappy of them to do.
