  • Well, we are purchasing an in-ground pool from thunderbird. They have a nice showroom and great staff. I will tell you that Carlos made the difference in our decision. His honesty and knowledge made us feel comfortable with our decision. He didn't try to sell us all types of extras. He explained what they were, but left us to make those decisions. He laid out a pool to fit our yard and our needs. When we completed our agreement the owner Lisa welcome us to their family and assured us all parts of the process would be handled professionally through out. They also told us that it would be messy durning construction and just focus on the final product. I may change my rating depending on the completed project. Now I'm smiling. Hope it doesn't turn into a frown.
