Came here tonight for dinner because we were starving and because the wait time at BJ's across the street was going to be about 50 mins. It was pretty full on one side of the restaurant but no wait for our party of three. Our waitress was really nice (Shianne?) and the food came quickly. The place was decently clean. As with many IHOP locations, the hash browns were dry and inedible. Eggs were fine, sausage and coffee were ok. Brioche french toast was great! I probably wouldn't come back here again. Oh, and the hostess was really nice as well.
