Two of us ordered the brisket beef dip sandwich, advertised as a staple item at this place. The meat was too tough to eat out of the sandwich, could only be eaten with a knife and fork after a lot of chewing, the sandwich bread was burnt to a crisp... definitely not a $16 sandwich.
In combination with this the service was extremely slow, and took a really long time for us to get the bill or refills on anything.
