  • i contacted Living Water Lawn and Garden to set up a quote for my backyard redesign. I received several emails to confirm and verify the time, and to make sure that I understood they have a $5,000.00 minimum job size. Finally the day of our initial appointment came and My husband and I rushed home from work anxious to get our project visualized and started. Mark called 30 minutes before our appointment to cancel and a week later we have still heard nothing about rescheduling. With so much emphasis put on minimum job size and making sure we didn't forget our appointment I am shocked and offended at this rudeness. Makes me wonder if the positive reviews about this company's friendliness and professionalism are legitimate.
