  • Geek Squad is EXCELLENT! *Bought a package deal that would service 3 laptops for 2 years. *In less than 6 months, plan has been utilized numerous times - I have saved a ton of $$$ by having this plan! *The squad has been courteous, and taken the time to explain everything. * All repairs were accomplished in reasonable time. When one laptop went kaput, we were offered a great deal - They will work with you, just ask... *I even took my laptop in to get tutored on several items....and you can even make an appointment. Weekdays are best for avoiding lines. *Careful: The automatic phone calls are not always correct, there is currently a glitch in the system. - Double check with a live person before you pick up your item. Finally found a place to get my computer stuff fixed, that is trustworthy, reliable, and priced fair.
