| - Quite honestly, unless you're already "IN" there with her, I would not take the risk of purchasing a deal ahead of time. I purchased a full set with an optional refill for my birthday because I liked her work and wanted to give her a chance instead of going to Scottsdale and spending $100 more. Well, I have to admit now I am willing to travel and spend the $165 for my first time because I don't like her system and interaction with me. I called per instructions off of living social after purchasing the set, and you don't reach a live person but an answering machine which isn't welcoming. The second time I call her answering machine is full, so I'm already worried because apparently this is a one woman team here, so the options of getting a response in a timely manner I'm assuming are slim to none. Per her instructions on her voicemail she says a faster response will be provided usually if you text her, so that's what I do. Said Goodmorning and my name along with this is my first time but I purchased the $64.99 set and wanted to know her availabilities as this is for my birthday with a smiley face. After me calling her for the third time she texts me back saying "With Client", so I didn't get the warm personable feeling that everyone else said in the reviews. Next she told me she has no appointments until New Years unless she gets cancellations. Great, thank you for answering my question but there was nothing sweet or even professional in my opinion when this is apparently her own business. If a person tells you from the beginning she spent money on your service, she is saying hey I don't know if you're going to do a good job but I'm willing to take a chance on you AND it's for my birthday! How about as the owner you say thank you for your purchase and Happy Birthday! Unfortunately, I don't have any openings now, but since you took the time to purchase from me let me do you the favor of letting you know as soon as possible when I have an opening. She blatantly made me feel like she didn't care, so now I'm trying to get my money back and I wont make the same mistake twice and I hope that others won't make the same mistake. Like I said if you're already a part of her clientele then I'm sure you're good, but if you're not then you may be faced with rudeness and unprofessionalism and a loss of money. I hope this review helps someone! Spend the money if it's your first time and with a scheduling system that you can have something concrete instead of texts and a personal answering system. As a person who owns her own business, there is a level of professionalism and friendliness that one should exude if she wants continuous business, because first impressions are everything and word of mouth can travel fast.
