  • After visiting several different vision care stores in the area (including various valley Nationwide Stores), and talking with their eye care staff; I chose Nationwide Vision on Camelback for many specific reasons and have never been disappointed! From the first time I walked into the Camelback store; the store manager, Kim was a standout. She greeted not only me, but every other customer with grace and ease. Time and space was given to everyone to "browse", yet her--or one of her staff, was available, once I (or other customers I saw) had questions In my opinion, their customer service is second to none! I believe that like myself, many others feel this way because of observing both new/repeat customers leaving happy and satisfied during my various visits there. Being in downtown Phoenix, it is also very apparent that this store has a diverse customer base that is in itself, is another celebration to how this staff and the Camelback Nationwide optometrists do their job! With that said; I have always appreciated that during every visit to this store, Kim, the front office staff as well as all the doctors at this store have always gone above and beyond to provide quality eye care, and support services to customers based on their individual needs. In closing, I want to relay and extend my utmost gratitude to the optometrists in this office. Thank you--Drs. Nell, Lucca, and Rosenberg, for your patience and dedication in finding my "best fit" contacts every visit!
