  • I went there over the Xmas break to get a pedicure, manicure and facial. The older aesthetician who runs it is very personable and did a wonderful manicure. Unfortunately, she handed the manicure and facial to a younger aesthetician, who severely lacks people skills. She is very brusque. She used her nails to remove the nail polish from the sides and under the nails and it hurt. When I told her so, she started countering and arguing with me that she had never had a complaint in three years and talked back at me when I told reiterated it was hurting. She was rude. The experience was awful. When I paid, I told the older aesthetician I was not returning due to the younger girl's bad attitude.
