  • Today I wandered aimlessly through the Southside, determined to choose from one of the many studios on East Carson and to finally nut up and get my septum done. I was referred here by someone at a tattoo parlor and, upon walking in the door, immediately felt it was the one. The guy who was out front was very friendly and personable, we talked about what I wanted (septum and, oh I'll get crazy, industrial too. And if it's not too much a bother to change out my nostril ring...), he was attentive and informative without the intimidation you feel as a modification noob at some shops. It was very laid back and comfortable. The selection if jewelry was huge. He took me to the back and introduced me to Jerry, who I will DEFINITELY return to. He was clean, professional, friendly, clearly experienced. He took time with me to talk it over, he was meticulous about my placement and explained how he reasoned it and why he wanted to put it where he did (but asked for my input as well), and explained what he was doing as he worked. This was not my experience at other shops with previous piercings. You will not go wrong here! This place is great!
