rev:text	I was in search of a farm that had a pumpkin patch where you could pick you own pumpkin from the patch (not from bin) and this place came up in my search. I was quite pleased with Applewood farm. It was $7.50 admission per person (age 3-65) includes tax and two pumpkins from the patch (any two big or small). You also get access to a tractor ride to and from the patch, access to there playground, & corn maze. The pumpkin patch did not disappoint it was huge and there were hundreds of pumpkins to pick from. The tractor ride was fun and also run continuously when people are waiting so not a long wait. The playground isn't that elaborate has a sandbox, two swings, one main play structure with slide, two tractors and I straw bail climb. But certainly keep my two year old entertained. There is also a food truck serving some hot fast food hot dogs, fries, poutine, & drinks. Didn't get anything but thought it was a nice convenient option if you hadn't thought of lunch. The corn maze was a bit disappointing, more of a corn field with a path, no maze to speak of really. I was drawn there mostly for the pumpkin patch and tractor ride which it delivered on. Also the playground was extra fun for my daughter and she enjoyed walking through corn taller then her she didn't care if it was or wasn't a maze it was fun (it was still great for photo backdrop). Great family outing as a very reasonable price too considering you got two pumpkins included so I was not disappointed. Also the weekend I went all processes were going to Sick Kids hospital. Which I thought was great.
