  • Mary in scheduling is great, called me back, and confirmed the appointment time with me, couldn't ask for prompter more professional service. Now why the 1 star? Well Kyle showed up in the scheduled window, did his check on just the AC handler then started talking prices without checking the AC unit. Mary told $150 for two service plan for summer and winter, sounded great! He got there said my air handler was old and the radiator/fins/condensor had not been cleaned in awhile, we agreed it needed to be cleaned. He walked in with a squirt bottle and started working, didn't tell me up front the charge, $225 and 20 minutes he was finished, it's still not that clean. I switched to the $85 one time service call, hour and fifteen minutes start to finish was $310!!! WILL NOT BE USING THESE CROOKS AGAIN! I called around and was quoted $120-$160 to clean the system and given a reusable washable filter!! AND....to top it all off Kyle gave me the wrong filter size, opened it up to install doesn't fit!!!! Back to Home Depot and out even more money!!! Disclaimer I had just bought the condo 3 months ago and knew the AC was working prior to the call I wanted to be proactive before summer officially got here. NEVER AGAIN! BE WARNED!
