  • I had an issue with some bad shuttering on my VW Passat during acceleration. The shaking was terrible and I was anxious about it. Instruments indicated an EPC issue. I was able to take it in to MAK auto late on a Saturday morning. They were able to diagnose a coil pack issue and fix it within 4 hours. I got my car back the same day and it did not cost me an arm and a leg. I am not certain that I would have received this level of service at most other shops, and that includes the dealership! I found the father & son team of Jeff & Chuck to be very competent, honest, and friendly. I would definitely go back for my VW needs.
