  • Popped by tonight on a cold Sunday evening to try out what the hype is all about. I was surprised to see the super long line up. We started all the way at the back wall by the washroom and waited for about 15-20 min before being served. Since it's freezing outside, I opt for a warm Red Bean Matcha milk tea with 30% sugar. It was $5.00 for the regular size (was told that only regular size is available for this warm drink, not the large), tax included. The product itself was indeed good. Both the red bean and matcha flavors were strong and perfectly balanced and sweetness was just right at 30% for me. Despite that, the drink wasn't worth $5 and certainly wasn't worth waiting in line for 15-20 min. Parking was also very limited, even though it's a cold Sunday evening. Hate to imagine what Friday and Saturday is like, when the weather is warmer. The shop is also a bit cramp with the line up. Just barely enough space between the line and the chairs and tables to squeeze by. Though there's a few tables, it's not a cozy place to hang out like some other BBT places. My drink was good, but not sure if the price and long line up is worthwhile for me.
