  • When you try to make a reservation and you call multiple times through out the day and no one answers on the Mandalay Bay reservation line and then when the restaurant opens at 5 they are suddenly booked up. No thanks. I'll give my business to other steakhouses on the strip. Fix your phone system maybe you won't lose other customers.
