  • I don't know where to start. we moved from NY to AZ, and when you wanted to get a quote there is a "very very" nice sales representative who is always available, he even takes "his work home" and calls me million times a day. but the moment you pay that's it! he is not available anymore... so when the gays came to pic up our stuff and tried to take more money he could not help me anymore. I had to call their costumer service and wait 40 min before someone even answered. then I told her that I am not paying more for all kind of bullshit like distance to the elevator and more wrapping material before they even started!!! (the elevator is in a 10 steps away!) so only after me and my husband threaten her with complains and were determined not to pay more they left us and start doing their job. we are about to move in 4 days and still no one called me. i tried to call them 2 weeks ago, after 50 min of waiting the lady says that we are fine and the delivery will be on the 10th and worst case we will get it a day of two after. today i called again because obviously no one called me (another 45 min) and now she says that they will only START the shipping on the 10th and it can be 7-10 days!!!!! when i told her the story and how upset i am she kept saying "its in your contract". when i asked to speak with her supervisor she sad that he is not there... so now i don't have any furnitures for at least 2 weeks. i tried to fined there BBB page but suddenly it disappeared and there is a different name on there address name "your moving company LLC" i really tried to stay away from this bad experience, do your self a favor, be careful
