  • Another great experience! Last weekend I purchased a large 4K TV from Best Buy online. While buying the TV I also purchased the wall mount and Geek Squad installation. While I initially balked at the price for this service, I have absolutely no regrets for paying for this level of service. Ryan Ramey and his assistant were fantastic! They installed the wall mount, programmed the TV for the DVD, DirecTV and my surround sound. They also unsnarled the cables for my surround system, zip tied all of the cables neatly together, not related to the installation, just great customer service!
