  • We started with Schwans locally in 2000. We were a biweekly customer in the 80's in Michigan. Several delivery people over the years, some great, others OK. Our most recent delivery person went on bereavement leave (very sad story), the guy who temporarily replaced him wouldn't show up, was rude and we were left with the impression that he was an alcoholic. We had an upcoming party so we had a $189 order placed. No show again. I called their call center, nobody have a flying fark. So the alky told them to halt service and told operations that I requested it! The manager over Phoenix needs to be placed in the large unemployment line. We're permanently done with these jokers, and our parents in Michigan halted service after 40+ yrs.
