I was excited to check this restaurant out because one of my friends always raves about it. And it lived up to my expectations entirely.
I had the most amazing quinoa risotto ($16) with butternut squash, leeks, kale, and Parmesan cheese, with shrimp added on for $6. The flavours were so rich and delicious - it was easily as good as a risotto I would have paid $30 for at another restaurant. I also split the winter squash with roasted cauliflower, sauteed leeks, pumpkin seeds, and dried cranberries with my dining companions. It was delicious, but very difficult to share. I expected it to be more of a share plate given that it was listed under "Start and Share" on the menu.
Other than the food, it had great service and a great vibe. Would definitely go back again!
