  • This rating is for the alterations department since I ordered my dress at another David's Bridal. When I went in there was a small section to get changed. Once I put my dress on, they realized my dress was too small by just a smidge (I had ordered it online). They helped me out by exchanging my dress for the next size up and it was perfect. Just a little loose but it is always easier to take in than let out. The woman that did the hem work on my dress was great! She was super friendly and made sure everything was perfect. My dress was very puffy and had multiple layers but she did it wonderfully. She also added a train as well. While my dress was being altered, it was a little hot in the back room. This made me extremely sweaty and uncomfortable. I hope in the future they add a fan in the room. Luckily the woman who was hemming my dress gave me a mini paper fan at least. The price was a little high but they seem to know what they are doing. I'm picking it up a week before the wedding so I'm hoping it's perfect. I cannot wait!
