  • Staff is always friendly and accommodating, I live in a spacious studio and pay less than $800 A month, including utilities, which if you're familiar with the Coronado area, you know that's reasonable. I love the hard wood floors and exposed brick walls, they're on a chiller system which means they control the ac and heat, the heat seems to have been shut off already. I've been here over a year now and have minimal complaints, like, the washers don't seem to clean my clothes very well and often when I go to change them out the door to the washer is open and my clothes are sopping wet bc they still need to go through the spin cycle, soooooo frustrating. The community is gated and pretty safe, some dude knocked on my door at 1 am asking if I have a boyfriend which is creepy but that's been about it. If you're single and want to live alone without spending you're entire monthly salary, I'd recommend this place.
