  • Stopped in to this Ulta to look for a new K beauty brand that had recently debuted on Ulta's website and was reportedly being rolled out into stores. Unfortunately, none of the employees, even the manager, knew the name of this brand or had even heard of it. They had no idea when it would be coming to the store or even if it would be available there at all in the future. They did offer to help me find something similar, but I had come looking for something specific. The store itself was clean, well lit, and average. The reason for the two star review is that none of the staff seemed knowledgable about the line that I was looking for. High and medium end cosmetics stores are pretty standardized across this city and are not difficult to find. They stock almost identical products. I would much rather drive a little farther and shop at another location where the staff is knowledgable about the brands that their company carries.
