| - This company is a joke and unprofessional in it's work ethics, demeanor, and attitude towards customers or tenants.
I regret doing business with this company period, a, so called realtor named Joan Chung is the worst of the worst, she puts on a good face attitude, but is a worthless low life. My family and I moved into a two story 3 bedroom home which had numerous problems and she kept giving us the run around with getting things fixed.
She kept stating the owner is out of town and he only goes by e-mails, well a paying tenant is a paying tenant, they made me wait months upon months to fix only one problem, but the home has numerous problems and the owner of AmeriDream John Brown was informed numerous times about Joans unprofessional demeanor and he of course could careless.
So, I sent a notarized letter documented by a lawyer, telling them to let me out of my lease due to bird feces covering the entire roof which needed to be replaced per 4 contractors who came, 3 pest control agencies came and documented bird lice on the roof and said the home is a health hazard, so I told the company AmeriDream this and they pretty much ignored it.
When I explained this to Joan Chung all she did was yell and over talk me on the phone numerous times and believe me the woman and the owner and AmeriDream are cheap you pay for what you get and it's all problems, nothing positive. I have a lawyer still on stand by who is itching for them to take my deposit after a deep clean and numerous pictures and video walk through's that were conducted.
I left the outside the way it was due to the fact when they had a few contractors come they left the feces and nails and mesh wiring all over the property without cleaning it up and when I told Joan again and John they could careless, so they let me out of my lease, because of legal matters. The lawyer I have stated NRS's for tenants and landlords and stated the owner and the company can be held liable for a nice lawsuit against themselves, all there doing is shooting themselves in the foot for not fixing the problems.
This company and Joan are garbage, if I were anyone else, just stay away and find someone else who is worth the effort. Also a good side note, come November most likely you'll see a new review with a picture proving a lawsuit against them for keeping my deposit. I was told by there front office staff that Joan stated my deposit would end up being kept for damages to the home, but what's truly epic is I have before and after pictures of when i fully moved in and out, so no furniture would block anything that could possibly be mistaken as a hole in the wall, they just want to keep my money which won't happen, because I literally am fed up with this company and I will show how easy the court system works for people such as myself who document everything from e-mails to phone conversations and notarized letters!
