  • My husband and I visited this Mattress Firm to buy our first new mattress EVER (young newly weds). Being newbies to the whole mattress buying experience we didn't even know where to start. The manager working this location knew exactly how to fit us with our dream mattress. Melanie started by asking us our preference when it came to firmness, softness, plush, memory foam, etc, and then explained in detail all the different categories of mattresses they offered. We probably tried every pillow top/plush mattress in the place which she described in detail the differences and the specifics of each one. We ended up with an amazing Sterns and Foster pillow top mattress that we absolutely love! We received the red carpet service 2 days after our purchase where they delivered, set up, and arranged the mattress how we wanted. At least once a week my husband mentions how he loves getting into bed and being able to fall asleep because he's SO comfortable! We will definitely be coming back to see Melanie when we start adding to the other bedrooms, she was such a huge help and so patient with us!
