Does anyone remember the visart in chapel hill years before it came to Charlotte?
So I was very excited when it came here. I was a very regular customer from day one for years. And one unfortunate evening as I was returning five movies ( on time) I picked my movies to rent and they asked for my membership card. I told them I was never given one and asked if they could make me one and they told me they don't give out duplicates even though I never got one in the first place! I even offered to pay for one but no. Final answer.
They were so rude and it wasn't the first time I had to support this place despite the snotty attitude. They are cashiers that get paid to talk about movies and to be an independent movie store horrible customer service is a complete death sentence for shops and unacceptable . So yeah, it's been four years and I still haven't returned and never plan to. I get whatever I want from the Internet now. Good luck staying in business!
Oh and Ilene T, your just a cashier that's not quite librarian material. You have no credibility as all of YOUR reviews are 1 and 2 stars (except DISH). And I'm sure customers dont come for your conversation and pick of the week. Enjoy your zip code before your rent doubles or your lease is up since that is about all your personality warrants.
