  • This isn't a throwaway five-star "BEST BUSINESS EVER!!1" review. I was legitimately happy with my visit here, and it's one of the better sporting goods stores. First off, I went in for rugby boots. My old pair pretty much ended up irreparable because of a manufacturer's defect, so I was back in the market. I told the guy working the front counter this, and he seemed to understand. We talked about the fields I usually played on and the demands of my position, and he steered me towards some firm-ground soccer boots. He wasn't trying to hock his most expensive pair, though; he showed me what was on the wall and then the massive clearance rack, which had a remarkable selection. Their prices were already lower than Dick's, and the selection was solid. I settled on a pair of Pumas that were well below my price range with a great fit. Bottom line is that you're getting solid selection from knowledgeable staff for low prices. I can't think of a way to beat that.
