  • Metropet is a wonderful place to take your animals! I have a dog and have been taking him there since he was a puppy and they staff has always been wonderful - nice, attentive and good at what they do. The practice has recently been taken over by Dr Alice and she is the best. I am very impressed by her. I brought my dog in for some growths on his paws and while he was not very cooperative, Dr Alice and the staff were. She was not concerned at all that she had to work extra hard just to examine my dog and actually apologized to me for the inconvenience even though it was my dog's fault! What really impressed me is all the research she did on what was wrong with him. She scoured every available resource to find out what was going on. I don't think many vets take the time to do that. She followed up with me as she said she would and kept me updated. Additionally, I find Metropets prices very reasonable. They are locally owned, not part of a corporate vet hospital so they are able to keep their prices down. Dr. Alice told me to get my prescription filled at Gian Eagle because it would be cheaper. I really appreciated that. This is definitely a vet worth taking your beloved animal to.
