  • Absolutely great. I called on Thursday trying to secure an appointment for Friday before the long weekend. Everyone else said "no" without asking how urgent the issue was, except Mike. He sent someone during the lunch time on Friday and I really appreciate that. The technician was polite, professional, clearly explained the issue to me, quoted the price before getting to the work, provided warranty afterwards. Overall it's beyond my expectation.
