rev:text	I was looking to take care of some back pain and didn't know much about treatment options. I reached out to a few places to let them know my particular issues, and asked for guidance. Most places either didn't respond, or were very unhelpful just saying make an appointment. I didn't know what I needed though and really wanted more information. Body and soul got back to me very quickly, and suggested a good starting point. I ended up calling to book a massage and they offered me an appointment the next day. The staff were so kind and helpful via email and phone to get me in. The location itself is easy to access. There is lots of paid parking, or it's minutes from Runnymede station. The RMT was so friendly, and knowledgeable, and I had more relief sleeping that night than I can remember in the last year. She suggested exercises to do myself, and offered her suggestion on the best treatment for my needs right now. She was the perfect person to put me with. The price was also very comparable with the industry. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone, My only complaint was that the RMT was only visiting this location, so I can not go back with her. I guess It's a good thing that My complaint is related to the fact that I was so happy with my experience. I know they were trying to fit me in right away, but I'd suggest maybe Trying to book new clients with someone that they can return to, since it helps to create a sense of connection. I'm sure I'll be back, but maybe won't be "running" back like I would if it was with the same RMT :) ...that said, I don't really want to complain about that because I was very pleased as a result.
