  • Giving credit for first to respond to a quote and pleasant technician, believe it was Hector so credit to him, nice guy but the bid for repair seemed way too high so I'm waiting for a few more estimates that won't cost $95 dollars which I was told would not apply to the repair. Update The next bid that came in was a less than a third of the cost from a company that was suggested by my general contractor who I hate to bother for home repairs as that's not what he does but needed an independent opinion and referral as the quote just didn't seem right.
