  • This was my first time here and overall it was an okay experience. From the outside the spa doesn't look so appealing but once you step foot inside it's nicely decorated. I was greeted by a staff member who grabbed my jacket and gave me paperwork to fill out for my signature facial. The vibe in the beginning was great and the esthetician I had was friendly. Overall my facial experience was pretty good. However, I'd say the customer service at front desk needs some work. I didn't like their method of trying to get me to purchase their products
