  • Today I received the worst customer service I have ever received to date. There was a new cashier training today which she was very sweet and helpful wish this store had more of her working... Went here this afternoon, at checkout we were purchasing $150 worth of items. We asked the trainee at the register(which we did not know she was training at the time) "do you still price match" her answer quickly was yes we do but only these stores. Which I remember being a policy from a previous visit. Great news for me I have a price match to one of these stores. The trainee asked Ana which was an employee standing by to double check if they do. She stated "we do not price match" I was shocked by her answer and stated that I have done this before. She said well we do but only if you bring in the printed advertisement. In the past I have pulled up price matches on my phone. It is the 21st century I don't even receive ads for most places any longer... They doubled checked with a manager over the radio and they confirmed that it had to be printed. I walked out of the store and wasn't a happy customer. I was looking up online to see if they had their policies and that they do... It clearly states online that they price match from these certain competitors "To receive a competitor's price in store, customers must present the competitors advertisement either though print version or mobile/digital (e.g. phone). See a store associate for details." I decided to go back into the store and ask to speak to the manager about this. The manager I spoke to was Kathy. She still was not wanting to help much after I explained the situation until she read the policy online. Also note this was not an online only price.... After reading it and 15 minutes later she had Ana come back up and refund the difference to me. Ana still wasn't happy about this and she did not even apologize for making an error. She took her sweet time ringing it all back in and having to put the discount in. After 35 minutes of being in the store I was just happy to be out of their. Not about the money in this situation it was about the way this was handled. If this would have been handled in the first place then we would not of had to waste so much time. Maybe just a couple employees having a bad day... Hope it isn't like that for everyone whom happens to pop in and spend money here.
