Food is good, service is great sometimes but this is mostly about the hookah. Apparently there is a "20 minute guarantee" on smoking time according to one of the waitresses. Hookah for me at home or anywhere else lasts more than 20 minutes. The hookah I prepare or smoke at places like the Olive can last 1-2 hours. A refill to Paymon's is when your charcoal runs out, NOT your shisha. So, if your coals are burning out, they will charge you for an entire refill even though your shisha is still burning fresh. This is the only hookah place that I know that charges you for a refill just because your coals run out. I've experienced this everytime I come here. Two of those times, the hookahs weren't prepared properly and were at fault to the person that prepared them and the waitress still insisted on charging me for a refill. Um, no thanks. A refill should be if your shisha burns out NOT your coals. Bottom line. What a way to price gouge you.
