For the most part the front desk staff is as kind and helpful as they come. Jason, in particular was sincere in his kindness and thoughtfulness. We appreciated his positive imprint during a hellish period we were going thru. The housekeeping staff were so nice, efficient and accommodating. Although it seems they've got a shortage of towels. The "business center" is just a desk in the corner with internet and a printer. But for me, it was a godsend as I needed some documents printed. The only downsides for this place are that the rooms can be a bit warn and shabby, yet they are still very clean. The kitchenette is very useful as long as your prepared for the empty cabinets. No pots or pans, plates or silverware. The TV we had was tube TV. Gasp! You heard right....a TUBE TV! It's also a great place to come with pets and there's a park right next to the building. It's a shame though that nobody seems to clean up after their animals. Lastly the price per night here fluctuates 50 dollars and any given time. For example the other night was $70 here and $26 on the strip.
