I really miss JetBlue (not available for this visit to Canada). I feel bad for my wonderful neighbors to the north that they have to deal with this incompetence on a regular basis as I'm told they really don't have any amazing airlines or real competition. Improperly maintained planes resulting in flight delays, pre-recorded in-flight entertainment, overpriced and slow internet (that works above 10k ft only), additional payment required to get seat assignments in advance of 24hrs, either no free snacks or a tiny bag of pretzels, etc, they follow the United Zone 1-5 boarding method. Positives: AC power for most seats and USB charging ports. Uses nice sounding words like promoted to describe the process of having the airline rebook you to a later flight due to these and other issues.
