  • I came in here to get my iPad replaced that is only a few weeks old and instead of helping me they called me racist remarks and said I caused the damage when it's clearly been documented all over the internet that it's a known issue. When I asked to speak with the manager, Jeremy, he laughed at me when I told him what happened. Then they told me that they just voided my warranty so that no one else would help me. Horrific experience, unprofessional and racist people work here. STAY AWAY from this location.
