I am sad to say i wont be back Caesars. We have stayed there more than three times and this was the first poor experience. Our room was very nice with beautiful showers and comfy bed but that is an expectation with any room at almost 250 a night. My issue is there was no customer service. Our stays in the past all had amazing views of the strip and un relenting customer service. This trip had a view of air conditioning units and another balcony fifty feet away. When speaking with the desk they offered 25 dollar credit to a restaurant we would never attend. If customer service is what you looking for "move on" because Caesar palace has lost its focus on who they serve.
