  • Extremely rude staff, poor quality job. The pedicure was fine $20 plus $5 for callus removal, paint job is sloppy. Manicure was $12 and absolutely awful- the paint was bubbling and peeling while I was still there. One finger was particularly bad so I asked her to fix it, which she tried to do with nail polish removal but this finger just obviously needed to be redone. When I expressed this to her she took the end of her tool and hit it down on my finger and scrapped right through the polish- just removed it. No need for the rude attitude. She continued to slip 6 thick coats on one after another which of course didn't dry and just slid off my nail. I said okay I have to go can I just have my money back and be done with this. They refused. Flat out rude and very poor quality that they will not back up.
