I cannot say enough good things about East Lincoln Animal Hospital. We had an emergency with our 13 year old beagle Maxine and were LUCKY to be referred to East Lincoln by another vet who said it was too complex for their office to handle.
They explained Kirk Carroll at East Lincoln takes a personal interest in dog dentistry and despite there being an office in Charlotte who specializes in this field, we should see him instead. Mr Carroll was kind, gentle, and assessed the situation quickly. Maxine was returned a day later with a prosthetic jaw which Mr Carroll fabricated to use as a splint. Despite warnings she may not eat solid food for a few weeks, she had none of it and resumed normal eating habits immediately. To our surprise, Mr Carroll called a few days later on his personal time to see how things were going. A few months later he did it again. In 30 years I've never had this happen. We were thankful for the quality of work and the professionalism of Kirk Carroll and the entire staff.
Thank you!

Several weeks later I met David Wilson outside of the office, not knowing who he was. We started talking about pets and I told him this story. He began to look curious and asked which vet had worked on Maxine. He then replied that he worked with Mr Carroll and that East Lincoln was his practice. I commended him on the doctors on staff and the care put into every facet of the practice.
Great job East Lincoln. You Rock!
