  • This hotel was GHETTO as all HELL! I was absolutely disgusted when entering our room by finding an open condom wrapper on the doorstep of the entrance. The receptionist was chatting with a coworker about probation and jail time while we waiting to be attended. Our "check in" was at 3 p.m. and when we arrived at the hotel it was 9 p.m. and our room was not ready. (We have 4 children, mind you) She proceeded to say that it wasn't ready because our reservation was made on a Spanish website and since most people don't speak Spanish in Phoenix. (EYE ROLL) Lady, please!! It doesn't matter what site I booked your hotel. I could've booked it from Scandinavia! The point of the matter is that our room wasn't ready when it was supposed to be and when it was ready it was DISGUSTING. PLEASE DON'T STAY HERE. It's not a "Good Night's Rest."
