  • We are about to move in Tuesday and couldn't be more excited! From the beginning, the outside is clean and lots of stores and restaurants around the area. Also not far from nellis! The main building is clean and very modern! We were greeted by Carla, who is absolutely hilarious and makes you feel comfortable and cared for! She listened to our needs and wants, answered all our questions and even helped us with the application! The tour... the tour was my favorite part! Three pools, a well kept fitness center with new equipment, a fine for people leaving their dog crap around, a dog park, pretty much the whole complex is no smoking! We looked at a model of a two bedroom, I can tell you the apartments are clean, very well maintained and give you a sense of home. This is something I appreciate because we wanted a home but it didn't work out. Carla was very honest about how the bills worked and the estimate of how much they would be. No hidden costs anywhere! I feel bad that this place has a bad overall rating because of old management, but please know it is not like that anymore! Great apartments for great prices and quite frankly.. bad ass customer service! :) last thing but most important.. I am military and was treated with respect and the utmost professionalism!
