  • I have a VW and I kind of despise it. Something is always wrong with it. I finally took it to CARS since nobody in this town knows how to work on them and the dealer is useless. While the repairs were costly (cringe)- the price was ultimately fair as it was equivalent to what another shop that did not specialize in foreign cars quoted me as well. I'd rather have quality work in the end. Within 2.5 hours, the awesome guys at CARS fixed my VW and got it to pass smog. The waiting area is open and quite nice with tv and water. Bathrooms are clean. Everyone who works there seems to enjoy what they do and gets along great. I'll be coming back soon because the good 'ol V-dub is acting up again. But now I have a great place to go!
