I have no complaint about service performed by the dentist. But I have very bad experiences with their front office / billing staffs. Very unprofessional, unpleasant, unhelpful, and unreliable. You will received surprise bills you should never be responsible for. Then while working it out with your insurance, you will get notices as if you are trying to avoid paying them. No apologies whatsoever when you express your concerns and follow up to get it right. They treat you as if you are interfering their days. You have been warned.
