rev:text	Ally the front office management is the rudest cold person. She looks down on everyone and has no common curtesy. When coming for my scheduled 2 hr full lashes it took an hour was charged more and told I loose my credit and can't use it to tip or for product. Last few times I have gone I have had a new tech... turn over rate is out of control there. I loyalty paid to be in their club and now prices are more!! Today was last straw w her- when I walked in she greeted me ( like her worse enemy walked in , w her snotty snooty huff she does) I said I didn't know who I have doing my lashes cuz I gave up my spot on Mother's Day weekend for another client who was screaming at the front desk girl! I offered to give her my slot and come back a later date (that poor girl didn't and shouldn't of been yelled at like she was) Ally didn't even thank me or even be kind seeing I saved her butt from a raging mad costumer! This AM she told me who I have and had to wait for my "assigned" time I said it's ok I'll relax my father in law died and after this I am leaving to drive 30hr to his funeral to be w family- her response "NO YOU CANT GO!! What about your babies (my lashes) you can't get them wet for 3 days 3 DAYS!! Your going to ruin them. All I could respond w its was well I'll ask him next time he dies to do it around my apt and also let her know most ppl after they express their father died say "my deepest sympathies to you and your family" I'm out of contract and will get my lashes done else where. I would like the constant reassurance of reliable employees I can build a relationship with and they know how to do lashes correctly and same I say w in this year they will be closed down Sad cuz the techs are sweet but they even hate the mgr!!
