  • * Customer Beware * This company is shady, unreliable, and not trustworthy they should be shamed of themselves. I cannot understand how bad companies like this can still operate. After doing some research I found I wasn't the only one with severe complaints! This company has no website, no Facebook, and prior to this review no Yelp they practically don't exist on the web other than a phone number & address. This is third party service for an AAA like provider. My sisters car was scheduled to be picked up at 1:30pm. I received a message confirming this from Royal Towing. So when I called to meet them at the pick up site (1:37pm) I was told by dispatch Steven the driver had left 20 minutes ago. Why send the eta then and leave unexpectedly? I had to drive to the dealership which was 3 miles down the road and my sisters car was no where in site. This doesn't add up!!! I confronted the driver at the dealership and asked him why he left and all he did was argue with me saying he called and I was wrong. *** HORRIBLE customer service & Shady practices stay away!!! ***
