  • If you are looking for a realtor I strongly suggest calling Katrina Quinn. Katrina is friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about home buying in Arizona. Katrina has a great way of explaining the process of home buying to first time buyers, keeps her clients up to date and in the loop, and does her best to ensure as smooth a transition as possible. We bought our first home in Arizona with Katrina in early 2017. The first time we met her, she showed up with a binder, that she gave to us, that answered many questions we had, and many questions we thought of after that meeting. She was so friendly, asked a lot of questions regarding the type of home we were interested in. From that meeting to closing day we were in contact most days, and regularly received emails or calls with updates. Katrina was on-the-ball when we were ready to put an offer in. She put the offer in very quickly, and communicated back and forth with the sellers with such ease. She helped answer and explain questions we had about the inspection and helped us figure out what we should negotiate with the sellers. Katrina worked very closely with the mortgage company, which made the process even more streamlined. Working with Katrina made our home buying experience fun, exciting and more stress-free than I could have envisioned. We were beyond happy with her by our side for this transaction.
