Reviews are hard. Because Im not going to tell you about the 20 times Ive been to Lowes and had a fine time. Im going to tell you about this one time I was their and annoyed so much, I must tell the world about it.
So, the wood cutting machine is beautiful for people who dont have time or the tools to do it on their own. The first guy that helped me carried my 4x8' piece of wood and even selected a piece that wasnt warped- amazing!
The guy doing the actual cutting had nothing but attitude! The entire time "we shouldn't do this" "this is to many cuts" "wah wah wah"
Im sorry, but this is your job. You have no room to complain. I should complain, you hacked up one piece so badly I will never be able to use that. And I had to pay for that mess! And the cuts (.25ยข each) to make that mistake.
So after the nightmare and frankly sheer embarrassment of this experience, I flee the area to check out and pick the only lane open with the light on.
She is talking to another employee and says "oops I left my light on!" And turns it off.
Lowes- what is going on with your customer service?! You need to have some meetings and perhaps teach your staff what will get them bad reviews.
Forever more, I will only go to Home Depot to get my wood cut. They are nice, they appreciate my business.
