I was scheduled for a 530 pm appointment on 12.22.16. They assured me if I had an appointment they would get me in with my specific nail tech . I came in a half hour early and waited . My daughter was getting a pedicure . I have been coming here for three months . I scheduled a mail appt with my nail tech because I knew it could possibly be busy . They told me the tech won't be done for another hour and this was told to me at 530 . They were like we have another tech . I told them I scheduled my appt with the tech Kim for a reason . Instead of the owner coming over to talk to me they just laughed . I believe In good customer service and refuse to be treated like I'm just a non factor . I deal with people all day and I treat them with respect not ignore them . It is so disheartening to know that this is the type of customer service they give . When I made the appt they wanted 100 percent confirmation because they thought I would forget . I even came in an half hour early . Please don't waste your money on an establishment that doesn't value their customers .
