  • *DO NOT BUY A GROUPON FOR A MASSAGE* My sister bought a Groupon for a one hour massage as a Christmas gift for myself. Since I am not a first time guest, I was told by Jessica I could not use it and I could gift it to someone else. Jessica even said I could not even get credit for it. So I gave the Groupon to my mother to use. She went to use the Groupon and Jessica gave her a hard time regarding the Groupon. She wanted my mom to show it was "redeemed." Since it was a gift, my mom could not click the "redeem" button. Jessica then lied to my mother saying that I could have gotten credit for the Groupon towards a massage for myself. My mother did receive a massage, however it was only for 30 minutes NOT an hour. Jessica did not offer to re-schedule it. This is not how you conduct business. My mom was not given the full credit of the Groupon. Beware when trying to use a Groupon here... what a bad experience here. I would recommend going somewhere else for a massage.
