| - I did not enjoy my experience at your salon. Your "3rd level' stylist Danny needs training sessions on his social skills as he has NONE. I am extremely disappointed with the haircut, the blow dry and all in all my interaction with him. He is extremely rude and does not know how to speak to clients. Being a hairdresser/stylist is all about knowing how to talk to people to thoroughly understand what they are looking to get done as once you cut the hair, there is no undoing it, as well as building your client base and from what I have seen yesterday, I am positive he has none. I tried explaining to him the hair style I wanted and he literally had no clue what I was saying. We could not communicate properly nor understand one another which is the first red flag - he is about to cut my hair and has no idea what I am asking for. I was being super patient as I understand there is a language barrier and did not want to make him feel uncomfortable even though I AM THE CLIENT and he has to be patient with me as he is not understanding what I am asking for but instead and he rolls his eyes at me and says " I DON'T UNDERSTAND YOU" and walks away to get something from the front.. extremely rude, unpersonable and has a terrible attitude. I was about to get up from my seat and walk away as I did not like the way he was behaving towards me and was worried he is going to give me a bad cut but I stayed and gave him a shot. WRONG MOVE. he comes back and says that since I had a haircut 2 months ago, what he is doing would be "just a trim" I was again confused as the pictures I showed him were not equal to a trim but I was not about to have him roll his eyes at me one more time as if HE is paying ME to provide him with a service so I let it go. He then proceeds to give me a 5 minute haircut and the worst blow dry I have ever had. My hair was straight on top and poofy at the bottom. He gave me the mirror to check the cut from the back and I was clearly not satisfied with what he did but did he care? No. Did he ask me if I would like him to work on a bit more? No. Did it look like the picture? NO. I said okay, but this does not look like a blunt cut it looks like a bowl cut but of course, no clue what he is saying. I go to the front to pay and he charges me $70. Yes, $70 for a cut I did NOT want, $70 to be in the presence of his garbage attitude, and $70 for what he called "just a trim". I ask the receptionist why its $70 when he said its a trim and of course.. no idea what this man is saying but the man sitting behind him (no clue who he is) said "it was the same motion as a haircut" what in the world does that mean? SAME MOTION AS A HAIRCUT. I did not want to deal with this terrible service any longer so I paid and got out of there right away. I am so angry and disappointed in this salon and this customer service. I will never be returning and I will not be giving a good review at all. No one bothered to ask me why I am not content with the service but they were quick to snatch my money. I am not surprised Danny was so free that day and I was asked to come in earlier if I wanted to.. He looks like he has little to no client base. Also, the whole providing the salon with a credit card number when booking an appointment is hilarious. The salon was empty the whole time I was there. Is that the way you are making profit? By charging full for cancellation fee's? I have never been to a salon that does that. Get a grip on yourselves.
